This is a weekly or monthly rental(We dont rent nightly). In
order to reserve your reservation, we require a down deposit,
for the length of your stay. This home has two double beds and sleeps
4 comfortably at the $800. weekly rate. However, there is a king
sized bed at the lower level that can be utilized to accommodate two
more people for an additional expense. Pets are an additional
charge. If the home is left in the same clean condition that it was
upon your check-in, then we will eliminate an additional cleaning expense of $120.
